There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Collingswood is a beautifully spacious newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom contemporary single level house with a large garden & amazing coastal headland views, situated close to the South West Coast Path between Falmouth & the Helford River, near Maenporth Beach. In a peaceful location but only approx 10-15 mins walk to two beaches, or 2 mins drive to Maenporth beach which has a beachside car park. Good pub, cafes & good restaurants also within walking distance. Perfect for a family holiday!

Set within an apple orchard on the grounds of Eathorne Manor, the Applehay is the ideal spot for a getaway. Tresahor Studio is in a sun trap overlooking a spring fed lake. The granite quarry was left untouched for 50 yrs to rewild, so is alive with birdsong and dragonflies. Falmouth is 15 mins away with its beaches, restaurants, cafes & clubs, buzzing with Uni life. The Helford River too with its waterside pubs, boat trips, coastal walks & exotic gardens to roam. Then wind down in the sauna & have a silky swim or cold shower. Suck up the energy of the lay line. Good dogs considered upon request.

Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

And a small kitchenette for basic cooking is handy with a large farmhouse table and chairs.
