Our converted Cornish Dairy is situated in beautiful, peaceful countryside where all you can hear is the birds. It has a large terraced sunny garden so you can eat outside or enjoy the beautiful sunsets we have here. You will be a short drive away from a selection of gorgeous beaches and the stunning Helford Estuary. We have brought this former dairy back to life with love and it now has a comfortable, cosy style with vintage furniture and up-cycled, well equipped kitchen to host six guests.

Bream Barn is a spacious dog friendly little house set within a pretty two acre garden, with open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining/lounge, woodburner, bedroom, huge shower, BBQ. Located between sandy Maenporth beach (10-15mins walk) & the pretty village of Mawnan Smith (also 10-15 mins walk) with cafes and restaurants within walking distance & a good pub. Short walk to Bream Cove, great for swimming. 10 mins drive to vibrant Falmouth. It is secluded, private & in a beautiful coastal setting

The Boathouse

The Boathouse is a brand new, self-contained one bedroom annex set within 4 acres of private gardens. It's a glorious rural retreat, perfectly situated just off the famous Helford River, between the popular villages of Port Navas and Mawnan Smith. The bustling seaside town of Falmouth is a 15 minute drive away. It's a great location for a range of activities - from country walks, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beaching, golf, spa days, or simply relaxing. The perfect getaway!

A short drive from the buzz of Falmouth, or the tranquil beaches of the Helford river, the Applehay is the ideal base for exploration.

Tresahor Studio with sauna

Tresahor Studio is in a sun trap overlooking a spring fed lake. The granite quarry was left untouched for 50 yrs to rewild, so is alive with birdsong and dragonflies. Falmouth is 15 mins away with its beaches, restaurants, cafes & clubs, buzzing with Uni life. The Helford River too with its waterside pubs, boat trips, coastal walks & exotic gardens to roam. Then wind down in the sauna & have a silky swim or cold shower. Suck up the energy of the lay line. Good dogs considered upon request.

Rural total escape - quiet and simple

The studio style hut is rustic, rural, quiet, with far-reaching views of fields and woodland. 2 miles from central Falmouth, but a world away in every other sense. The bathroom is just behind the studio, accessed separately, with a compost loo, large shower, and simple washing facilities. In the studio, a wood-burner with endless free supplies of wood is ready to make a chilly day warm and cosy. And a small kitchenette for basic cooking is handy with a large farmhouse table and chairs.

Lamorna is a single level ground floor cottage, situated in the pretty main stone courtyard. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Lamorna is a great choice for groups of friends or families alike. The cottage has a spacious open plan living/dining room with a log burner. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find everything you need for your stay. Two of the bedrooms are double rooms and the third bedroom has two single beds (converted to a double on request). Dog friendly cottage.

Detached from the hustle and bustle, but close to art and culture, the beach, restaurants, family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the peace and tranquility of the rural setting yet be within easy access of all main attractions. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families

Cosy Studio Barn Close to the Coast

Bian Mor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap on bright days. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Navas Nook is a beautifully renovated traditional cosy Cornish cottage, set in the heart of the Creekside village of Port Navas, surrounded by stunning countryside. Sit back, relax and soak up the sunshine in the garden or grab your paddle and power on out adventuring!
