Thick stone and cob walls keep this beautiful little cottage toasty in winter, and gloriously cool in the hot summer months. Little Trembraze is set in a woodland glade overlooking a valley. Built in 1840 as a mill workers’ cottage, it has been renovated to include a log burner and air source heating. Perfect for walkers and wildlife watchers, it is a get-away-from-it-all experience. Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Nestled on the AONB Lizard Peninsula just a twenty minute drive from Helston lies the former hotel Tregildry House. Tregildry 2 is a ground floor, one bedroom spacious apartment with a private courtyard. The apartment is dog friendly and surrounded by beautiful walks just off the Southwest Coast Path and only 7 minutes on foot to Gillan Cove. If you don't want to go too far feel free to use our beautiful orchard with magnificent views. This tranquil and remote area is simply exquisite.

Little Cosel Mor is a one bedroom apartment. The ground floor is an open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen and main bathroom. There are stairs leading to the bedroom with king size bed and en-suite. There is an outside patio area with stunning sea views. Coverack is a quaint fishing village with a tidal beach and working harbour. It is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with wonderful coastal walks and easy access to the other delightful villages on the Lizard Peninsula.

If you like modern spaces, and fancy hanging around sculpture for more than a quick gallery visit then this may appeal. The setting is rural the accommodation spacious and light. The sculpture is at close quarters within your apartment and in the well tended garden. The accommodation is priced for two. Babies are more than welcome ( The space is large and would accommodate three or four people with an additional cost. A sofa bed can be requested but the space is open plan).

Great access to the south west coast path and glorious beaches and coves. An ideal get away for couples.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Longstone Barn is a superbly equipped luxury barn conversion set in glorious rural surroundings, with its own beautiful garden, 5 minutes’ drive from the seaside village of Coverack with a pretty harbour and a sandy beach at low tide. All of SW Cornwall and many cafes, pubs and restaurants all within easy reach. Babies up to 2yrs old are accepted at the barn and a cot with mattress, high chair, baby bath and changing mat can be provided.

The Chalet

Forget worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in a secluded valley just inland from Porthallow fishing cove, the Chalet at Parc an Fox is a detached, single-storey property set within the owners’ 4½ acres of grounds. This tranquil retreat is a pleasing walk through fields and lanes from Porthallow (just under a mile), and only a short drive from Gillan, St Anthony and the Helford River (approx. 3 miles).
