The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. Your hot tub, set in the privacy of the rear garden & sunset from the adjacent walking path. Easy walk to Harbour, local shops/restaurants, Blues Train & beach. Our brand new purpose built apartment is bright and light with stylish fittings and comfortable decor. Featuring a large queen bedroom and adjoining bathroom, well-appointed kitchen and living area, plus private balcony with BBQ overlooking the rear garden. TV Foxtel, heating and cooling in both rooms. There is a separate access to the apartment for all our guests. Our place is centrally located in town and only a 2 minute walk to the main shops, cafes, hotel, Anglesea river and parklands.

The cottage has a full kitchen, stocked with pantry staples and everything you'll need to prepare a lovely meal if desired. A comfortable lounge/living room and bathroom with separate toilet are also downstairs. Up stairs is a generous bedroom with queen bed, ample storage, and a trundle bed for a little one.
