We have set the property up with your family in mind and can accomodate your furry friends(outside only) We also offer a comfortable space for the busy professional with a dedicated workspace available. For those that enjoy the chance to sit outside to relax, we have outdoor seating at the front & back of the house

Edwin Cottage - Early 1900s Character Home

Our charming early 1900’s renovated cottage is perfectly positioned within the beautiful character overlay of Toowoomba. Moved to this location in 1925, Edwin Cottage is filled with period charm and character. We are located 4 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from Queens Park. It is a short 9 minute drive to Gabbinbar and 13 mins to the showgrounds. We have many food options within a 1 minute walk including a bakery, Fish & Chips, Chinese, Kebabs, Cafe, Spar Express and a liquor store.

Piemaker's Rest

'Piemaker's Rest', originally home to a baker of memorable pies, is a studio apartment on the ground floor of our home. Your accommodation includes a separate keyed entrance, private terrace, bathroom, small kitchen and open plan sleeping space. Access is through the garden, including some steps. Coffee shops, parks, and a convenience store are within one km, grocery shops are within two kms. Bushwalking trails, TAFE, St Vincent's hospital, and the Saturday Farmers Markets are close by.

Located in the centre of Toowoomba's CBD, our apartment is in walking distance to Toowoomba's thriving nightlife, as well as public amenities such as the Grand Central shopping centre, Queens Park, Toowoomba Library and many others. Facilities include a fully functioning kitchenette, free Wifi and Netflix, air-conditioning and secure underground parking to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment complex also gives you access to an onsite gym, pool, BBQ area and laundry.

Eldridge -Little Brick House- Circa 1889

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. This is not a large space but has most things you need when traveling.

Welcome to our most recent unit which we have incorporated all the things that we as Queenslanders love. Comfortable living and dining spaces, fully functional kitchen with German appliances and beautifully comfy queen bed with attached bathroom. Most of all a private veranda facing the most beautiful Park in Toowoomba for morning coffee or anytime of the day or night really! Walk to the City and many much loved local restaurants and cafes. Perfect for a Carnival of Flowers getaway.

East Toowoomba - cottage

A duplex cottage located at the top of the range, and close to the city centre, Queen's Park, schools and hospitals, and easy to locate for out of towners. If you are having for a couple of days away from home to visit our lovely city and explore the local area this is a great little place to base yourself. Also a great option for those in Toowoomba for work, parents with children at schools, country people here for medical purposes, here for family events, or just passing through.

The Teahouse - Queen's Park, Quality, Quiet, Pool

The Teahouse is the perfect home away from home where you can stay in comfort and style. Enjoy the entire space in this quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. Located in East Toowoomba, a short walk to Queens Park, Toowoomba CBD and many cafes and restaurants. Fully renovated with new furnishings including extensive kitchenware and cookware items to help make your stay easier. The cottage reopens from November 2024 Dear guests, you have the whole cottage and front yard available to use, we also have the main building and studio which is at the back of cottage but separate entrance. You can only notice us living at the rear property occasionally while we use the driveway. We will give you the most privacy but one minute away for help when you need us. This renovated historic charm cottage is only a walking distance to Queens Park. Stylish and welcome!
