Serendipity is a vintage 36ft Holiday Mansion, nestled at Baywater Landing Marina in the stunning salt-water marshes of the Chincoteague Bay. From here, you are 35 minutes from Ocean City, MD, and 45 minutes from Chincoteague Island, VA. Serendipity remains docked, but guests have access to kayaks and paddle boards at no additional charge. Baywater Landing is secluded- some even say "boring"- but we think that's the whole point!

It is a beautiful WATERFRONT, newly renovated villa overlooking the Assateague lighthouse, the National Park, the Wildlife Refuge and the spot where the wild ponies hang out! There is a marina right on the premises with motor boat, kayak and SUP rentals as well as organized guided kayak tour, nature boat tours and sunset cruises. The villa has fully stocked kitchen with full size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils etc. Bring the family and enjoy our island!

Baywatch Upper-Waterfront & Roaming Ponies!

Beautiful space in and out! Vacation efficiency, situated right on the bay with views of Assateague across the way, Chincoteague ponies are on premises. Coastal charm at its finest, there are 2 queen bedrooms and livingroom/breakfast room, all with a view. No full kitchen. Microwave, toaster, small fridge, stocked Keurig coffee and tea station and shared outdoor cooking area, sink and bbq grill. This is the entire upstairs of the house, full staircase to get up to the second floor.

Stargazer Tiny Cabin

(Winter: Stargazer has a diesel heater and a woodstove but is not insulated. The cabin can be kept quite warm into the low 30's if these heaters are running. Below freezing may freeze pipes, message for info) Rustic off grid tiny cabin tucked in the trees on the back side of a large field. The cabin has solar, kitchenette, shower, composting bathroom, heat, and Wifi! Enjoy being immersed in nature while staying comfortable in a quirky cabin built from local and reclaimed materials.

Fully equipped kitchen, Queen bed, bathroom, pull out queen sofa bed with privacy wall to make 2rd bedroom. Close to beaches and town.

Pirate’s Hideaway

Come relax and enjoy island life while staying in our newly updated guesthouse! We are short walk (less than a mile) to several restaurants, ice cream parlors, coffee places, and shopping.
