Sitting in an historic highland estate the secured location has fully fenced gardens offering direct access to hill and forest walks up to the Great Glen Way and the wilderness of the highlands and yet is only minutes from the amenities of a major town and nearby transport hubs. It is also a great starting point for the North 500.

The Steading, Balvraid

The Steading is a secluded and very spacious 3 bedroom cottage with stunning views from all sides. It was converted 15 years ago and is cosy, warm and well equipped for up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite). One ensuite bedroom is on the ground floor for those who cannot manage the stairs. Aviemore and Inverness are both within easy reach, and there are plenty of walks on the doorstep. Please be aware infants under the age 2 need to be included in the max no of 6 guests.

Resaurie sits in splendid isolation, surrounded by forest and open hills on the Cawdor Estate, at the northern edge of the Cairngorms National Park near Carrbridge. This contemporary house is calm and well considered, with a wood burner for evenings indoors and space for dining outside, where wide views and local wildlife are part of the setting. Designed for relaxed stays in all seasons, the house also includes a dedicated games room with table tennis and a pool table.

Tomatin Glamping Pods is a small but spacious site consisting of four luxury glamping pods. Inverness and the Cairngorms are in close proximity. Our pods come well equipped with kitchenette (double hob, microwave grill, toaster, stove top kettle, small fridge, pots, pans, crockery & utensils) a fixed double bed with storage space & sofa bed, shower room, wifi, freesat TV, bedding & towels, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil & toilet paper. Morile Mhor Annex, Tomatin

Welcome to the Morile Mhor Annex located in the idyllic countryside village of Tomatin in the Scottish Highlands. Tomatin is within easy reach of both Inverness and Aviemore (and Cairngorm National Park). The property can comfortably accommodate 2 adults although it does have beds for up to 4. This Annex can be booked on its own or along with the Morile Mhor Cottage which is located to the front. The cottage is listed separately on airbnb.

Tin Church is a charming cottage, ideal for couples who love stunning scenery and a secluded rural location. The cottage has a variety of excellent walks from the doorstep. It is located on the historic Balnespick Estate, south of Inverness. Brand new, fully equipped kitchen, bath and shower and a large lounge with log burner and far reaching views. The village of Tomatin, with a delightful cafe and well stocked shop is a short walk away.

A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
