This 400 sq ft studio cottage and deck offer Catskill Mountain sunsets and seclusion, one mile from Main Street, featuring Otto’s market, Universal Cafe, a wine shop, laundromat and more. Built alongside a stream and perched upon a ridge, the cottage sits on 6 acres of private land. The Fitz House recently underwent a major renovation in late 2022 and offers all of the comforts of home. We look forward to having you and sharing our little slice of the Hudson Valley!

Swan Cottage with Expansive Hudson River Views

The Swan Cottage was built in 1923 and was fully renovated in 2020. The idyllic location, on a bluff overlooking the Hudson River, is the perfect perch to relax and get away from it all. The front porch is a nice spot to have a cup of coffee and watch the sailboats on the river, while the huge wraparound porch affords terrific views of the river as well as the forest that gives this home a feeling of being high in the tree tops.

Right in Kingston's historical Stockade District, this garden-level apartment blends original 18th-century decorative features like dutch doors and a large stone hearth with modern amenities like a washer/dryer and easy keyless entry. It's part of the Colonel Abraham Hasbrouck House, a registered historical landmark built in 1735.
