Our home is special for its location providing easy summer access to water on the Deschutes River and easy winter access to snowy adventures on Mt Bachelor. Summer months are booked early by guests who love our peaceful water views and access to their private dock, kayaks & bicycles. Our winter months welcome guests looking to experience snowy pines and easy access to Mt Bachelor's powdery slopes and surrounding trails. Summer or winter guests celebrate our pristine hot tub, morning to evening.

We are pet friendly with a fenced area for your pet. Relax in the hot tub surrounded by ponderosa pine trees. Cozy up by the wood fire place. We have bikes, tennis rackets, canoe, ect. for you to Enjoy! Take the bikes and ride 2 miles to the river, Store, golfing, tennis, Sunriver Village and more. Only 17m from Mount Bachelor!

Private marina & hot tub — cozy studio Apt with no shared walls. 7-min drive to the Village at Sunriver via S. Century, 20 mins to Bend, 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor. SUPs (2), kayaks (2), floats, rafts, and bikes (2 adult + 2 kid), snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a friendly golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits, OWW. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared with Pepper.

The home provides comfortable beds, local photography, a hot tub, SUPs and kayaks, games for endless family fun.
