Do you enjoy nearly boiling hot water and sandy beaches? Do you like walking with the sea up to your knees for kilometers at a time? Do I have a beach for you! It's called Bijeca and it's located in a town near Pula called Medulin. I'll just post a disclaimer here so you don't misunderstand me. I can't really recommend this beach as I'm not a big fan and I'd rather go anywhere else than here, but tourists seem to love it so... here you go? The beach itself has a lot of space, lots of sand, beach bars and it's not *that* bad if you're with children and you don't want to worry about them going too deep in the water. You can literally walk 100m from the shore and still be only knees deep in the water. One of the biggest problems although is getting there. Medulin gets pretty crowded in the summer and their parking regulation is "ehhh", while the parking space is "mehh" so either pack a lunchbox filled with patience or simply avoid it.

Great beach for children and the water is quite shallow for a long time.
