St. Pete beach is known for its water sport activities, such as kiteboarding, windsurfing, parasailing, and stand-up paddleboarding. This destination is also the longest stretch of undeveloped public beach in the St. Pete/Clearwater area.

Sugar sand and magnificent sunsets are less than an hour's drive away. From St Pete Beach to Clearwater you can not beat a day on the sand and the warm clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a bay-to-bay ferry that operates from downtown Tampa to downtown St Petersburg if you prefer to commute by water instead of a car.
