The Mill Hotel in the heart of Chester is home to L'eau-T Cuisine - a unique floating restaurant providing daily dinner and lunch cruises and themed evenings. The Mill also houses the Canaletto Restaurant which is excellent for formal dining on dry land, Sunday Lunch is recommended.
