With a long list of environmental pledges, it seems that Dukes Coffee Roasters couldn’t have been better fit for community-owned Ross House in Flinders Lane. Aside from saving the planet, the team is flat out doing what they do best – pumping out specialty coffee and maintaining the sophisticated reputation they’ve built from their original sister cafe in Windsor. Like most sisters, the two cafes sport a similar look (both designed by Chris Connell), however the Ross House location has a few unique quirks of its own. The interior has been fitted with recycled tiles and reclaimed timber, and proves warm and intimate with minimal seating.
