The railroad is situated in the spectauclar and hsitoric Irvine Regional Park. Here you'll not only find a zoo, but also lake, paddle boats, bikes and pony rides. A cute food shack provides basics with hot dogs, burgers, drinks and other snacks. Or, bring a picnic!

Irvine Park is a mile from the Ranch and hosts the Orange County Zoo, a miniature Railway Train Ride, Pony Rides, and a ton of biking and walking trails.

Irvine regional has so much. Trails if your a hiker, the OC Zoo, bike rentals, lake for fishing, paddle boats, and the Railroad (If you go online you can get a discount on rides), as well as pony rides. Horse rentals and trails also. Lots of peacocks and birds. A great place to take the family!
