Greatest selection of fish entrees offered in area plus everything else. Nice restaurant, ask for a window table or better yet eat outside on the deck. Great views of Whiteface Mtn. when it's light out, when dark the river is lit up. Try the Trout's "sister" restaurant "R.F. McDougalls" for a Pub atmosphere. Located next door/downstairs with same great views of the river & Whiteface Mtn. (Distance: 2.5 miles)

The Hungry Trout is a great resource for local fishing conditions and has two great restaurants- one pub style and the other fine dining. The Pub has outdoor seating and dogs are usually allowed -- call in advance to confirm availability as management has recently changed.

Eat upstairs for a romantic dinner or downstairs for a more casual pub feel. Excellent views!
