Legendary Missoula fixture. Have a beer or cocktail at the corner of space and time! The Dinosaur Cafe (located at the back) serves top-notch, inexpensive cajun/creole food!

one of the oldest and well-known "dive" bars in Missoula. A Missoula treasure... filled with pictures of local regulars from days gone by. The Dinosaur cafe is inside, great cajun food, affordable; typically open for lunch and dinner, but double check lunch, as we haven't been there in a while.

Want wings? Holy Moses they have good wings! This place also has a long history with Missoula. One of our favorite home grown dives.

Esquire named Charlie Bs one of the "15 bars you should drink in before you die." Locals report that you'll find the usual crowd throwing them back at Charlie' as early as 10 a.m. The lunch crowd drinks a little lighter, as most folks who hit Charlie's midday are coming for the famed food at the attached Dinosaur Café. The Dinosaur serves up Cajun food, and despite being located a bit North of the heart of Creole cuisine, is one of the most beloved spots in Missoula. Once you're done eating, you can have any drink for a good price. "Without question, this is the best place in the country to find a beautiful woman who can gut her own trout."
