Casa Pascal Restaurant is a fine-dining spot on Pattaya Second Road that takes pride in its quality dishes. The owner can often be seen mingling among patrons, checking to see that all is well and explaining how he uses only the very finest ingredients. This includes regular special shipments of rarities such as Atlantic lobsters and European mushrooms or truffles. Casa Pascal Restaurant also regularly holds a daily brunch buffet and barbecues served outdoors. While the menu is varied and includes a small amount of Thai food, the seafood is the source of the owner’s greatest pride.
