This museum doesnt only display the history of Cuenca but of Ecuador, you will fin Inka ruins, houses of how they used to life, crops, defenetly recomended, it will take you about 3-4 hours to see it all, the also have some birds of the area

These ancient Incan ruins have free admission and also offer a bird aviary, some llamas and a pond.
