Wonderful gardens surrounding an historic mansion. Hilly and densely wooded, you don't feel like you're in Houston. The pedestrian suspension bridge over Buffalo Bayou is a special treat.

This is a former governor mansion that is open for the public. Including beautiful relaxing gardens. Self tours, you can only see first floor, with a guide the whole house. Garden have many places for pictures. A little break from the city.
