An iconic restoration project right here in Otatara, Bushy Point is a testament to the work and dedication of the Otatara Landcare Group and the Southland Community Nursery. In the last 20 years 29,000 trees have been planted at Bushy Point, 2019 will see the thirty thousandth tree being planted and it will be an event to celebrate in September this year.
