Fabulous homemade bread and traybakes and gingerbread. Our favourite is his brown sourdough bread. It is so popular that you may have to order it the day before! There are a few seats and you can get lovely soup or coffee and cake. The joke in the name is that the baker has red hair which, in Scotland, we call "ginger". So he is a ginger man who makes bread and, sometimes, gingerbread :-)

The food here is delicious! I As well as fresh bread, cakes and pastries from their famous bakery, they bring an exciting fusion flavours to brunch menu - katsu, kimchi as well as delicious favourites. Locally sourced ingredients. Relaxed atmosphere.

This is our special choice for desserts and fresh baked breads…so much so that we serve their breads every morning and we order their special pastries for our afternoon tea! Yum!
