Most Dependable Super Close Breakfast/Lunch Option: Fratelli’s (6 min walk) -- Open every day, has friendly owners, and lots of healthy and unhealthy options for an early meal. We love the Jacksons wrap, Croissant Sandwiches, and the cold brew. It gets a bit slammed during peak brunch times on weekends.
