Great local pub with lots of outside space. Good for families.

This is my favourite winter spot. They do have a garden its just I have not sat in it yet as we tend to favour the Lifeboats for al fresco in the summer BUT I have to caveat that with this place does delish mussels and burgers and if its not outside atmosphere you want, give it a go. BOOK! It gets busy and if you can, get the bar on the LEFT of the door as you go in, its noisy and full of locals and has loads of atmosphere. If you want to hear yourselves speak, you might be best in the bar to the RIGHT of the main door. I think slightly less atmosphere but still lovely. For me its a winter spot but Im going to give it a go this summer and let you know!
