Okay, this is one of my favorites. It's basically a hole in the wall but the crab supreme, chicken lemon grass, triple delight and a MUST is the fried springrolls.

The Vietnamese restaurant around the corner has the best spring rolls and pretty killer pho. Maybe Togo only currently. I would call a head because it takes 15 minutes.
