It is part of the classic city of valparaiso. There you will find monuments erected to the patriotic heroes of Chile. In this landmark of the city you can find a meeting place for tourist, called "Tour for Tips". Next to the sea you will find boat rides along Valparaiso bay. Behing Plaza Sotomayor there is a lift called "El Peral". It takes you to the top. A beautiful view from "Paseo Yugoslavo"

The historic centre of Valparaiso. If you continue towards the ocean from the plaza you’ll get to the buzzing, chaotic port area. There's a small touristic market here and small boats offer tours.
