Recently declared Seattle’s best BBQ by none other than J. Kenji Alt-Lopez himself. Near some other spots on Jackson, their mac and cheese is lusciously creamy. I don’t even understand how. Don’t come too late or else the meat options become limited. Get takeout or enjoy their patio area. What kind of ‘cue is it? Their catchphrase is, “Homesick for Kansas. Inspired by Texas. Found in Seattle.”

Wood Shop BBQ is just a few blocks from the Airbnb, if you enjoy good BBQ this place is definitely worth trying. The BBQ is slowly smoked, the meat is full of flavor and just falls off the bone so tender they have unique sauces if sauce is your thing I really like the coffee bean BBQ my self.
