For me it's easy to park, get cash from an ATM, eat late lunch at Pepper Lunch and best for meet-ups with family and friends. I even parked here and walked over the San Miguel avenue for errands and coffee.
You can select from various types of reataurants.. from Japanese, Chinese, American and Filipino food choices.
