Asha Urban Baths opened in 2016 as Sacramento’s first and only old-world style wellness bathhouse, a center where communities gather for leisure and restoration through heat and water. Asha is an urban bath oasis, a true refuge from the hustle and bustle.

After breakfast, head to Asha Urban Baths, an Old World-style, coed, swimming suit-required bathhouse with a soaking pool, sauna, steam room, sauna, and cold plunge. Drop-in admission is $25.

We love this place and should go there more! Great place for a soak or sauna, with massage on offer as well. It's run by a local yoga studio and has a studio out back of the main bathhouse.
