Rent a car - this is the best (I would say the fastest, cheapest and easiest) way to explore the surroundings in Rovaniemi. Traffic is easy, not really any jams ever. Still, if you go further from the city center, be aware of reindeer in traffic!

Here is in the city of Rovaniemi. You can take a car easy here, if You need it. Every place is near here. This is many good restaurants near to eat lunch or breakfast in the Scandic hotel.
