This historic, elegant inn JUST re-opened and has an amazing 5-course farm-to-table dinner! We went (by bike) on opening weekend and enjoyed a fantastic meal, beautiful historic setting (built 1890), friendly servers, and a great presentation by the chef. She refers to the cuisine as “Scanditerranean,” with a mix of Scandinavian and Mediterranean inspiration based on her family roots. It’s delicious and a very memorable experience.
