Locals calls this area DIVISORIA. If you are into shopping and haggling, this is the place for you! Unfortunately, cash is king here. There are really good buys here, if you know what you are looking for, but the vendors here does not accept credit cards. You must use cash. When shopping here, please take some extra precautions. everything here is utterly cheap. just ensure you secure your belongings and just keep a few bucks with you. do not bring your impt documents with you.
