Some of the best Flamkuech, by far. They have two restaurants in the city centre (both are in this list of recommendation). Always busy. Try to get a table... you may be lucky... If not, there are other very good options in this list

Flammenkueche is the Alsacian pizza really! This is one the best place for tasting Flammenkueche from the classical one to the most original one.
