Sunny Isles Beach is currently building a large park in the middle of the city at 163rd Street. This brand new park will be called Gateway Park and will contain a great lawn with substantial landscape and hardscape features, a performance stage, kid’s playground and other amenities. The project is scheduled to be complete at the end of 2016.
