They have free concerts on the beach Sunday's and the farmers market is there Thursday's through the summer.

Commons Beach is a great spot for the entire family, popular for sunbathing, swimming and picnicking. Group picnic sites and children's playgrounds are located within a large lakefront grass and sand area.

Great local beach, even has a playground for the kids. During the summer they have a farmers market every Thursday.

Summer Sunday afternoon/evening live concerts at the beach. The bands are good, and the whole town gathers for picnic and drinks. There's a lawn for your picnic in front of the stage with a playground on one side and sandy beach on the other!
