A great place to picnic, snowshoe, or just drive up and see the view. This is a great beginners hike up the auto road.

Fire tower at the top, 360 degree views, paved road (season for cars) short hike with a big pay off.

Makes for a very nice walk from Los Arboles -- maybe 4 miles round trip -- with big views of the Whites on the way up and at the top.
