Frugals is small northwest Washington franchise, offering freshly made burgers and halibut sandwiches, a great alternative to typical fast food. You wont miss their small retro looking stainless steel building as you head into Port Angeles. Frugals is drive thru only, making it perfect to grab and go. Head downtown along the waterfront and enjoy.
