CLOSED FOR RENOVATION :( but, they have small exhibits in neighboring museums and locations. Check their website. This art museum has a very diverse collection, all the 'old' masters, impressionists, surrealists and also contemporary works. They have a nice collection of applied arts. Don't miss the secret Yayoi Kusama room!

Very good art museum with a collection of Dutch and European masterpieces from the Middle Ages to the 21st century, like Rembrandt, Bosch, Van Gogh and Dali.

I always skip the permanent exhibition, since I find a lot of stuff there dusty and uninteresting, but it's a rich collection of classics. The modern section, however, is amazing, with very interesting temporary exhibits and some great modern pieces on permanent display. 'Let Your Hair Down' by Pipilotti Rist is a hidden gem. My favourite!
