Nestled in the peaceful and picturesque Lincolnshire countryside is Broomlands Boathouse. Our bespoke, hand-crafted log cabin offers you a relaxing and tranquil get away. Set in the gardens of our farmhouse, on the edge of a private 12 acre lake. Our log cabin provides luxurious bed & breakfast accommodation for two people. A private veranda, snug living area with log burner, en-suite shower room and double bed on mezzanine level offers the perfect retreat for couples. Relax, unwind and enjoy!

The perfect place for singles or couples to enjoy a night's stopover, weekend break or holiday in a vibrant seaside location. It's also ideal for trade & business trips. Located on a quiet street 12 mins walk from the beach/promenade and 15-20 mins from the town centre with bars, restaurants and visitor attractions. Free on-street parking.

Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. The Corn Loft

Cosy 18th century recently refurbished Corn Barn adjoining the owners property. Sleeps 2 with Kingsize bed and option for twin upon request. Central village location, good amenities, good public transport. Good base for hikers and bird watching at Spurn point. Use of private garden, summerhouse with electricity and patio. A mile to the historic village of Patrington and 15 minutes to the beaches and Spurn Point nature reserve. 15 mins drive to Easingtoin and Salt End

Wyke Shed

A small village getaway for a relaxing break. Historic church and local amenities nearby. Perfect for a peaceful holiday. The property is newly renovated - hence the name. It used to be our shed! There is one room downstairs with a double sofa bed and a mini kitchen with combination microwave, fridge and two ring hob. Upstairs has a cosy attic style bedroom with a large Velux window. The ensuite bathroom has powerful shower. Guests have access to hosts BBQ in summer by arrangement.
