This cozy guest cottage has shiplap walls and a warm and inviting interior. It's perfect for a quiet getaway for 1 or 2 people. Located in Pensacola's eclectic East Hill neighborhood and close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. The cottage is best suited for guests over the age of 18 and is not equipped for small children. Please note for your comfort the standard weight capacity for the bedframe is approx 500 lbs. I have two sweet pups (Lily, Hildey) and an outdoor cat (Skipper-Doo).

Our cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).

My 1926 home has been given a lot of love to be transformed into a unique, comfortable, and cute space for your vacation. This studio has a separate entrance, kitchenette, and a beautiful waterfall shower. Oh... and a walk in closet!! Your car will be safe in the driveway and your trip to stunning white sandy beaches is just minutes away. Pensacola's best restaurants and downtown area are within 2 miles.

East Hill Bungalow

The bungalow is situated in the charming East Hill area. You’ll find several locations outside the door on 12th Ave, including Jitterbug Coffee House, East Hill Pizza Company, J’s Bakery, Wisteria Bar & Publix. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood at night on the back deck. Just behind the house is ALGA Beer Company, a new local brewery, as well as Brown Bagger food truck, a gourmet hamburger outlet.
