Pear Tree Lodge

Pear Tree Lodge has recently undergone a complete renovation. The property is self- contained from the main house with underfloor heating throughout and mid-century decor. There is a pretty garden exclusively for guests .Keys can be left out so guests can let themselves in and maintain their privacy, we will be on hand should you need anything. The property benefits from its own quiet shale driveway with off street parking. The lodge is a 15 minute walk to the beach, town and the train station.

Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. Nice quiet area with fields and woodland walks nearby Keys left in door - guests can let themselves in, we are generally around if you have questions There is BBQ area and a heated pool (shared with hosts) for stays of 2 days or more. Please note pool heating is not turned on until about mid-end of May and turned off in September. 5 min to Herne Bay. 15 min to Whitstable 20 min to Canterbury

The Old Wash House - built 1775

The Old Wash House is set in the heart of the village of Littlebourne. There is on street parking if you're driving and a frequent bus service which runs into Canterbury and Sandwich every 30 minutes from right outside the property if you're not! You are a 5 minute drive from Canterbury with its rich history, art and culture, great shopping and restaurants and dining. The coast is just a 20 minute drive away too. The Old Wash House is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Rose Lodge is a beautiful park home set within the grounds to our home. The property is entered via electric gates, with parking for two cars, private courtyard garden and use of lawn area to front. Our guesthouse is in our back garden, we are in main house if you need any assistance. Property is on quiet street in Margate just mile away from Margate centre. Little guesthouse based on a couple stay. Family of 4 could be accommodate ( 2 adults, 2 children) if they happy to share sofa bed (additional charge). Property has bedroom with double bed, living space with small kitchen which includes kettle, toaster and mini fridge. Parking near the house. Entrance through the garden side gate.
