Situated on the Two Moors Way, this is a perfect bolthole after a day exploring. This self-contained tiny annexe with private entrance is attached to a 550 year-old former Mill in the rural hamlet of Ponsworthy, 3 miles from the famous Widecombe. Kitchenette, very small shower room, extremely steep staircase ascending to cosy bedroom with seating area + Sky TV. Outdoor seating area surrounded by trees and the sound of the river. Little Fern is a newly refurbished self contained ground floor guest suite with its own private entrance, double bedroom, bathroom, courtyard and free parking. Easy to find location in a leafy close, just off one of the main arteries into Exeter City Centre, 1 mile away. The Nuffield, Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital and County Hall (Devon County Council) are a 10 minute walk away. The nearest cafe, pub, shop and takeaway are a 5 minute walk away with a multiple main route bus stop just outside.

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Pippins is a 6 minute walk into town, situated in a peaceful 'no-through' road. The property has its own private entrance, terrace with sea views and parking. The raised terrace has a bistro table and chairs plus BBQ. There is large bedroom, super comfy king sized bed, ensuite (with a powerful shower), table and chairs, fridge, microwave, toaster, milk frother and kettle. N.B. No actual Kitchen. Steep steps/drive therefore we do not recommend this for infirm and very young children

Perfectly located for access to the Exe Trail which provides a scenic bike ride or walk for example to Lympstone where there are some lovely restaurants and pubs to go to. A 6 minute drive to Exmouth seafront or a 30 minute walk and about 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk into the main town centre. Local supermarket is only about 300 metres away.

Dog friendly. NB. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility due to two steps into bedroom.
