Cosy Devon Countryside Annex near Jurassic Coast

A self-contained annex for 2 adults in a village near Axminster and within easy reach of the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Bridport, Honiton, Sidmouth and beautiful countryside walks. Two village pubs 5 & 10 mintues walk. Continental breakfast included. The annex has an en-suite shower room, king size bed, double wardrobe and food preparation area. Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and vaulted ceiling, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also add a private sauna experience and/or request a private log fired hot tub night.

Cozy double room in quiet and convenient location

The room can be set up as either king size or two single beds, as required. Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac within five minutes of the town centre, cycle path, river walks, train station, buses, park and leisure centre. On-site parking. We have a warm, light, comfortable and relaxed home. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for a cup of tea or meals. Likewise the garden when weather permits. We are happy to meet people whilst allowing for quiet, personal space when required.

Close to the centre of historic Totnes. Beautiful self contained room with private bathroom and terrace overlooking garden and Devon's rolling countryside. Fridge , kettle , toaster and coffee press are in the room for making snacks and beverages. Bread, butter and jams etc, cereal and fruit juices , tea and coffee are all provided for your breakfast. A warm welcome awaits. Our guest room with its own entrance overlooks a secluded, rural valley. The room includes a double sleigh bed, tea/coffee facilities, cool box, plus an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and underfloor heating. A farmhouse breakfast with local ingredients and our own sourdough. Perfect for exploring the coast and Dartmoor or delights of Salcombe, Dartmouth & Totnes. A good base for walking the SW coast path. Dinner can be provided.

Totnes home with a great view

There are two small rooms at the top of the house, one with a double bed and the other a single. Both rooms have windows front and back that are full of light and sometimes even sun! The single room can be used for a guest or as a sitting room and space to leave bags. This is where I will leave a kettle with tea and coffee. The plant filled landing that connect the rooms has stairs down to the rest of the house and the bathroom for guests use only.

Located in a quiet and peaceful village on the western flanks of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park, three miles from the popular town of Tavistock, Peter Tavy Lodge is a spacious and charming Edwardian house with plenty of garden to explore. You can be assured of a warm welcome - and a fresh home cooked breakfast; beautiful moorland walks on the doorstep and an extremely popular pub (Peter Tavy Inn) within five minutes walk from our house.

Delightful 1-bed annex with free, on-site parking

Circa 1780, The Smithy is part of a Grade II listed, thatched property. Recently extended, it is now a cosy, light-filled, self-contained annex with private access, ideal from which to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside. Accessed via steps to a stable door is a relaxing living/dining space, a double bed on a mezzanine floor and a small shower room. Guests have access to a small patio with seating in the cottage's lovely gardens.

My cottage is set in a quiet road within a pretty village surrounded by countryside yet only 5 minutes drive to the main Devon Expressway with links to Torquay (4 miles) Newton Abbot (2 miles) Totnes (9 miles) and Exeter (16 miles). I am offering a sunny double room with views to the open countryside. and a large light shared bathroom with shower bath which is cleaned daily.
