Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Smiths Lake which surrounds the village is separated from the ocean by Sandbar Beach, a secluded and pristine beach There are many surfing, fishing and patrolled beaches within 5-10 minutes drive - Blueys, Boomerang and Celito surf beaches just to name a few. For the naturalists there is the secluded Shelleys Beach.

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). The property has been our family holiday home for many years. The kitchen is very well equipped for big family dinners. We are not big on electronic entertainment , only an amazing view to keep you occupied! The property is older style which is reflected in the price. Our first floor apartment is very spacious and comfortable .
