Welcome to our cozy little garden house with a sauna! It's located in Supilinn - a bohemian wooden housing area just 15 minutes walking from the centre. The surrounding area includes many parks and the river Emajõgi. You can stay overnight in the green milieu and experience the real Estonian wooden heated sauna. Sleeping room for 2 but the sauna can fit up to 5 people. Bus N.13 will drive you from bus station within 10 minutes. We also have a cat and a dog on the premises, but they're friendly.

Tere tulemast meie avarasse ja hubasesse villasse Neitsijärve kaldal, vaid lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel Pühajärvest ja Otepäält. Villa pakub täielikult sisustatud kööki koos teppanyaki grilliga, suurt söögilauda ja hubast kaminaga elutuba. Majas on 4 magamistuba mugavate kahekohaliste vooditega ning lastetuba narivoodi ja mänguasjadega. Majas on kokku 4 WC-vannituba. Mõnusaks boonuseks ka saun. Nautige terrassilt kaunist järvevaadet, lähedal asuvaid matkaradu, ujumiskohti ja suusakeskuseid.

Ühetoaline metsamaja on ideaalne peatuspaik rändurile või pelgupaik neile, kes soovivad põgeneda linnakärast ja nautida looduse hääli. Maja on ehitatud massiivsetest tahutud palkidest. Puuduvad moodsad mugavused, aga on olemas kõik vajalik lihtsaks eluks. Ümberringi laiuvad metsamassiivid kutsuvad avastama ja metsaande korjama. Cosy apartment in a wooden building situated next to the historical Toomemägi park. Scenic walk through the park will take you to the town hall square in 10 minutes. A romantic cafe Mandel just at the end of my street has perfect coffee and cakes for breakfast. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away, train station 12 minutes, bus station 25 minutes. A beautiful walk to the Estonian National Museum takes 45 minutes. Aparaaditehas - Tartu's creative city with restaurants and shops - 12 minutes.

3 magamistoaga maja koos kümblustünni, aurusauna, tavalise saunaga. Vaikne piirkond. 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Majas on olemas saunarätikud 12-le. Kohvimasin täidetud ubadega. Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

The apartment is freshly renovated, yet everything that could have been preserved, is restored (orig. wooden floors, oven, bedroom's cupboard). In winter, enjoy a crackling fire and in summer, discover the nearby hiking trails. Ideal for a family vacation or a romantic weekend!

The house is situated 2 km outside Tartu in a picturesque location with the view to the woods and surrounded by 2064m² of lawn. You can enjoy barbeque, go to sauna, swim in the pond, listen to good music with your own pleasant company. There is plenty of room for free parking. Decent discgolf course is in the backyard!
