Apple Tree Cottage is an airy, yet cosy 1 bed studio cottage. Great base for exploring Cotswolds. Many local hiking opportunities. Great views from upstairs, lovely private patio with garden/valley views. Free off-street parking. Upstairs, beamed living/bedroom with comfy bed, Smart TV& WiFi. Downstairs, well equipped kitchen-diner, shower room/toilet. 10-15min walk to Nailsworth centre with many eateries. Unfortunately unsuitable for those with mobility issues due to stairs/low pitched ceiling.

The city of Bath, Stonehenge and Cheltenham, all within an hour. The cabin sits away from the main house ensuring complete privacy. Secure parking.

The detached property is set in the garden of the main house. Ewen is a lovely village with the Thames path a 2 min walk away which takes you into beautiful Cotswold countryside. The Bakers Arms makes a good watering hole on this route. Cirencester is a 5 min drive with boutique shopping and dining options. Kemble Station is 1 mile away with a direct link to Paddington Station (1 hr 15). The Cotswold Water Park is 5 mins away with lots of water activities. Beautiful Roman Bath is 40 mins.

Ashley Barn

The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. With glorious views across the fields to see horses, sheep and cattle grazing in the fields beyond. This annexe is quiet, comfortable and secluded, with tea and coffee provisions provided. Moments from gorgeous National Trust common land. Three pubs, a hotel and a shop/café in the church within 5-20 minutes' walk. Step-free access via garden.

Located in the village of Poole Keynes, a stones throw from the Cotswold Water Park and the stunning market town of Cirencester. The annex contains a fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom. The Grade II Listed cottage is 300-350 years old with bags of character and authentic charm. It is very comfortable in the snug with its own wood burner and other original features. Go to sleep hearing the owls and wake up to the birds singing. Make breakfast and drink a cup of tea in the garden. There are beautiful walks right on the doorstep including a lake very close by. We quite often see deer from our house.
