There is a bridge and trails that lead down to the river. There is also a gazebo and fire area on site. Airbnb no longer allows hosts to allow parties or large gatherings of more than 16 people.

With prior notification to host you may have full access to onsite boat slip. Depending on size of boats slip can host up to 2 boats at one time. This building has been built with mostly reclaimed, reused and upcycled materials. The rustic interior walls are clad in huge boards milled on the property after Katrina damage.
