Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.

The apartment/duplex is located in a quiet cove of Lake Martin, but a short distance to the big water for the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. Relax on the covered porch , by the fire pit, fish on the banks of the creek or enjoy a day of adventure on a kayak or boat which can be kept at the shared dock.
