White House Inn Genoa - Cottage

The Cottage is our most popular room featuring a fully equipped kitchen. The room features a small living area with a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights. Air conditioning is provided for your comfort in the summer. A gated patio is available for this dog-friendly room. We do require a $35 cleaning fee per visit when you bring your fur baby. Cable TV and free wifi, truly make this your home away from home. Surrounded by beautiful pasture and mountain views.

White House Inn Genoa - King Room

The King room is located upstairs in the main house. This is a very comfortable room. The King room offers guests a king-size bed and a nice-sized bathtub there are heated floors and a handheld shower. This room has cable TV and free wifi. This room is upstairs and stays very warm and cozy in the winter. Air conditioning is also provided in the summer. We supply Ginger Lily Farms Botanicals Shampoo and Conditioner, and Body wash these are health-conscious products.

This is a bunk in a 4-bed shared room. Bunks are equipped w/ curtains, outlet, reading light, hooks & locker; bathrooms located down the hall. Fully stocked kitchen with electric two burner cooktop, separate bedroom with king bed, queen sleeper sofa in living room, shower/bathtub combination with a Bain Ultra ThermoMasseur bathtub, partial lake views. Two dogs, 50lb max allowed. Dogs must never be left unattended and are only allowed in pet friendly areas. No extra guests, non-smoking property.

Please include children in the total number of guests. No pets allowed in this room, no extra guests, non-smoking property.

Our cozy Family Cabin sleeps up to 5 people. It features two rooms, a shower/bathtub, mini fridge, microwave and AC. First room has a double and a long twin bed, mini fridge, microwave, and dining table. The second room includes two long twin beds. This cabin is located on the ground floor. No kitchen in unit. Max occ 5 guests. No pets allowed, non-smoking property. 2 night min required.
