We have 200 ft of San Bernard river frontage with a dock, plus plenty of outdoor activities to keep the whole family entertained. There's a separate guest house with an en-suite bathroom, and the property is just a few minutes away from Hanson Park and its public boat slip. We have everything you need for your family trip!

Beautiful Waterfront River House on The San Bernard River. Excellent Fishing, Swimming, Kayaking or Boating all from your private dock! Relax and take in the amazing views. At night enjoy smores around the fire pit and fish under the green lights. Have your own boat? The boat slip is across the river from The Lone Oak. 20 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes south of Houston. The Sweeny house is conveniently located 2 minutes from the Sweeny Community Hospital, 5 minutes from fishing in the San Bernard River, 10 minutes from Chevron Phillips, and 35 minutes from Surfside Beach. This house has many features including a place to park your RV with an outside plug, a full kitchen with new appliances, 2 TV's, computer desk, washer dryer, central AC/Heat, an electric fireplace, and a beautiful screened in front porch.
