Langland View recently had a full refurbishment. Photos have been updated, more to come. Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. This stylish place is in a perfect location .Uplands is a vibrant and trendy part of Swansea ,the flat is tucked away in a quiet court only 5 mins walk from pubs shops restaurant's takeaways its got the lot. there is a bus stop 1 min walk from the flat if you want to catch a bus into town .The city centre is about 8min taxi ride away .We have 2 great parks 5-10 mins walk away or the beach around 15 mins ,ideal for a stroll with the dog .

Village amenities such as an artisan bakery, independent shop/ cafe and heritage centre are all within a three or four minute walk.
