My place is 1.7 miles from Ginnie Springs known for great diving, tubing, canoeing and swimming. It is located on the same road as Blue and Poe Springs. Activities for everyone, T.V. in every room, internet provided, drying line for diving suits, large fire pit, washer & dryer. corn toss, horse shoes, and tubes provided Ring outside security doorbell . This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.
